  • Reservations are required for birthday parties and corporate events. We also highly recommend making a reservation for our incredible VR experiences as they are quite popular and we have limited capacity.

    • For the Arcade: Yes! You can walk in, purchase a card, and start playing immediately.

    • For VR Free Roaming: We strongly recommend booking online. These sessions have specific start times and limited capacity. Walk-ins are accepted only if there are open slots, which is rare during peak hours.

  • Our hours vary by location and day of the week. Please check our live schedule before visiting.

  • We have locations in the Greater Montreal area (including Brossard and Montreal).

    • Gone are the days of coins and tokens! We use a reloadable FUNHUB Arcade Card system.

      1. Purchase a card at the kiosk or counter.

      2. Load it with credits.

      3. Tap the card reader on any machine to play.

      4. Tickets you win are automatically saved to the card!

  • We offer two ways to play, depending on whether you want to win prizes or just play for fun!

    Option 1: Regular Package (Play for Prizes)

    • How it works: You load credits onto a card.

    • Cost: The majority of games range from 4 to 12 credits (approx. $0.80 to $2.50) depending on the game.

    • Best for: People who want to win tickets for prizes, play Claw Machines/Photo Booths, or share a card among friends.

    • Bonus: The more credits you buy, the cheaper they get (down to ~$0.19 per credit)!

    Option 2: Unlimited Package (Play for Time)

    • How it works: You buy a block of time (1 to 2.5 hours).

    • Cost: Packages start at $34.

    • Best for: Gamers who want to play as many video games and simulators as possible without counting credits.

    • Note: Unlimited cards do not earn tickets, cannot be used on Claw Machines/Photo Booths, and cannot be shared.

  • No! Your credits and ticket balances remain on your card indefinitely. If you don't use them all today, bring your card back next time!

  • It depends on the type of card:

    • Regular Cards: Yes. These can be shared. You can use one card for multiple people by tapping the reader for each player.

    • Unlimited Time Cards: No. These cards are strictly personal and cannot be shared between players.

    • Combining Balances: Yes. If you have multiple cards with credits or tickets, we can merge them onto a single card at the front desk.

  • We have a redemption store on-site! You can trade your digital tickets for prizes ranging from small candies and toys to larger electronics and plushies.

  • Currently, Arcade Cards are purchased on-site at our kiosks or front desk. However, you can purchase Gift Cards online which can be used to buy Arcade credits in-store.

  • Unlike traditional VR where you stand in one spot, Free Roaming allows you and your friends to physically walk around a large open space. You wear a backpack computer and a headset, allowing you to see and interact with your friends inside the virtual world. It is the most immersive VR experience currently available.

  • We generally recommend players be 10 years or older.

    • The equipment (headset) can be heavy for younger children.

    • Players must be able to follow safety instructions and respect the boundaries of the arena to avoid collisions.

  • Yes, our headsets are designed to accommodate most standard prescription eyewear. However, for maximum comfort, we recommend wearing contact lenses if possible.

  • Sessions typically last between 30 to 45 minutes depending on the game scenario chosen and the pace of your group. Please allow extra time for briefing and gearing up.

  • Yes. A Game Master will help you gear up, explain the controls, and monitor the session for safety. However, once you are in the game, it is up to you and your team to solve the puzzles and defeat the enemies!

    • 24+ Hours Notice: If you cancel or modify your booking at least 24 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund.

    • Less than 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking receive store credit only.

    • No Shows: If you miss your reservation time without notice, the booking is forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued.

  • No, Gift Cards are final sale and non-refundable. However, they do not expire!

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early. This ensures you have enough time to check in, put away your belongings, and (for VR) get geared up. If you arrive late, your playtime may be reduced to avoid delaying the next group.

  • Yes! We offer digital gift cards that make the perfect gift.

  • Yes. You may sign on behalf of other minors (e.g., for a birthday party), provided that every child is accounted for on the form and you have obtained explicit consent from their parents or legal guardians to do so.
