Card Functionality and Usage
The FUNHUB | MontVR Arcade Card is a reloadable, stored-value card designed to be your all-in-one pass for entertainment. The card functions as a digital wallet that holds two distinct balances: Game Credits (purchased currency used to play) and Tickets (points earned during gameplay).
While this card is the primary method for operating our arcade games, it is also valid for Virtual Reality experiences. Customers may use their accumulated Game Credits to purchase VR sessions directly (for example, 160 credits covers a VR session for one person).
Financial Policy and Refunds
Please be aware that this card is not redeemable for cash and remaining balances are strictly non-refundable. Once credits are purchased or tickets are accumulated, they remain on the card for future use but cannot be exchanged back for currency. Furthermore, the resale of this card is prohibited; FUNHUB | MontVR reserves the right to void any card that has been transferred or sold in violation of this policy.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
Because this card holds value, we strongly advise customers to treat it exactly like cash. FUNHUB | MontVR is not required to replace lost, stolen, or damaged cards. The cardholder assumes full responsibility for the safekeeping of the card. If a card is lost or physically damaged to the point where it is unreadable, the Credits and Tickets stored on it may be permanently lost.
Ticket Accumulation and Redemption
Paper tickets are not used at our facilities. Instead, all Tickets won during arcade gameplay are automatically deposited onto your card. You may redeem these Tickets for prizes at our redemption counter immediately, or you may choose to save them on your card to accumulate a larger balance for larger prizes during future visits.
Please note that any prize redemption exceeding 30,000 Tickets is subject to a mandatory verification process. As a result, we reserve the right to take up to 14 days to fulfill these specific prize payouts while we complete necessary checks.
Acceptance of Terms
The activation, reloading, or use of this card constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions. FUNHUB | MontVR reserves the right to cancel the card and revoke all privileges associated with it if a guest fails to abide by these terms or the general code of conduct within our locations.

The FUNHUB | MontVR pre-paid Gift Card is a versatile stored-value card that grants you access to a wide range of entertainment and products. It is redeemable for merchandise and/or services at all participating FUNHUB | MontVR centres across Canada, as well as online at funhub.ca and montvr.com. Whether used for booking Virtual Reality sessions, purchasing arcade credits, or buying merchandise, purchase amounts are deducted from the Gift Card balance at the time of the transaction until the balance reaches zero.
Reloads and Balance Management
Designed for continued use, this card is fully reloadable. You may add value to your Gift Card at any time by visiting any FUNHUB | MontVR location in Canada or by accessing our online portals. Please note that the physical or digital card is required for all balance inquiries and customer support requests; we recommend retaining the card even after the balance is depleted if you plan to reload it in the future.
Financial Policy and Restrictions
Please be advised that this Gift Card cannot be returned or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. It is strictly not valid for use on previously purchased merchandise or services, nor can it be used as payment toward the purchase of other Gift Cards. Refunds: Refunds for any merchandise or services originally purchased with this Gift Card will not be issued in cash or to a credit card. Instead, the refund amount will be issued back as a Gift Card balance, subject to the presentation of the original receipt.

Welcome to FUNHUB. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all bookings, activities, and experiences offered at FUNHUB, our entertainment centre located in Montréal and Brossard.
1. General Use
FUNHUB provides a variety of entertainment experiences, including arcade games, party packages, corporate events, and virtual reality (VR) attractions. By using our website or visiting our location, you agree to comply with all FUNHUB policies and rules. You must be 18 years of age or older to book on behalf of a group, unless you are under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Corporate Events and Group Bookings
Corporate and group bookings may be made online or by contacting FUNHUB directly. A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation. Final attendance numbers must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to the event. Changes or cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance may result in the loss of the deposit or additional fees.
3. Children’s Birthday Parties
FUNHUB offers customizable party packages for children. A parent or legal guardian must be present for all children’s parties. Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Any food allergies or special requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking.
4. Age Restrictions and VR Experiences
The recommended minimum age for virtual reality experiences is 8 years old. Children under the age of 8 may participate only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. All participants must complete and sign a waiver prior to the start of any VR session. For minors, the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. FUNHUB reserves the right to deny access to any activity for safety reasons.
5. Waiver of Liability
By participating in FUNHUB activities, you acknowledge the physical and immersive nature of the experiences and assume any associated risks. A signed waiver is required before participating in certain attractions, including VR. FUNHUB is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from failure to follow safety rules or from personal negligence.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund or credit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled event may be non-refundable. In the event of facility closures or unforeseen circumstances, FUNHUB reserves the right to reschedule the booking or provide a full refund.
7. Conduct and Safety
Guests are required to follow all posted rules and staff instructions at all times. FUNHUB reserves the right to remove any individual engaging in unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour without refund. Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless previously authorized for parties or group events.
8. Privacy Policy

9. Intellectual Property
