Welcome to FUNHUB! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all bookings, activities, and experiences offered at FUNHUB, our entertainment center located in Montreal, Quebec.
1. General Use
• FUNHUB provides a variety of entertainment experiences, including arcade games, party packages, corporate events, and virtual reality (VR) attractions.
• By using our website or visiting our location, you agree to comply with all FUNHUB policies and rules.
• You must be 18 years or older to book on behalf of a group, or under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
2. Corporate Events & Group Bookings
• Corporate and group bookings can be made online or by contacting FUNHUB directly.
• A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
• Final attendance numbers must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to the event.
• Changes or cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance may result in loss of deposit or additional fees.
3. Children’s Birthday Parties
• FUNHUB offers customizable party packages for kids.
• A parent or legal guardian must be present for all children’s parties.
• Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
• Any food allergies or special needs should be disclosed during booking.
4. Age Restrictions and VR Experiences
• The recommended minimum age for VR experiences is 8 years old.
• Children under 8 may only participate if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• All participants must complete and sign a waiver before the VR session begins. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must sign on their behalf.
• FUNHUB reserves the right to deny access to any activity for safety reasons.
5. Waiver of Liability
• By participating in FUNHUB activities, you acknowledge the physical and immersive nature of the experiences and assume any associated risks.
• A waiver must be signed before participating in certain attractions, including VR.
• FUNHUB is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from non-compliance with safety rules or personal negligence.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund or credit.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled event may be non-refundable.
• In the event of facility closures or unforeseen circumstances, FUNHUB may reschedule or offer a full refund.
7. Conduct and Safety
• Guests must follow all posted rules and staff instructions.
• FUNHUB reserves the right to remove anyone engaging in unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior without refund.
• Outside food and drink are not allowed unless previously authorized for parties or group events.
8. Privacy Policy
• We collect personal information solely for booking, communication, and waiver purposes.
• Information is kept confidential and never sold to third parties.

9. Intellectual Property
• All content, branding, and images on FUNHUB’s website and social media are the property of FUNHUB.
• Any unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
10. Third-Party Links
• FUNHUB may link to external websites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
11. Governing Law
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada.
